This survey is how we find out whether it does. It takes about ten minutes. There are no trick questions and there is no right answer, and the more honest you are, the more useful it is. Your answers are anonymous. Nothing you write here can be traced back to you.
How this works
Filling it in
- Answer as things actually are, not as they are on a good day or a bad one.
- Your answers save in this browser as you go, so you can stop and come back.
- Use N/A where a question genuinely does not apply to your job.
- Some questions open a follow-up box if you disagree. That is where the most useful detail goes.
- Skip anything you would rather not answer. A part-finished survey still counts.
What we do with it
This is anonymous and it stays anonymous. We do not ask your name and we cannot trace an answer back to you. We do ask which site you work at, what sort of role you do and how long you have been here, so we can see where things are working and where they are not. To protect that, we do not report results for any group of fewer than five people. If your team is small, your answers are rolled up into a larger group.
- We share the results with everyone, including the parts we do not come out of well.
- Each site and each central team agrees up to three things to act on.
- We tell you what changed before we ask you again.
- If something needs raising now, speak to your manager or any member of the leadership team. Please do not wait for us to ask.
